Most courses qualify for SkillsFuture Credits, UTAP (Union Training Assistance Programme), PSEA (Post-Secondary Education Account), and Absentee Payroll funding. Corporate clients may also claim under the Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) scheme.

Yes, free rescheduling is allowed once if you notify us at least 48 hours before the course date. You can transfer to any available session within 6 months of your original booking.

Certificate validity depends on the course type. Most certifications are valid for 2-3 years and require renewal. We’ll send renewal reminders before expiry to ensure your certification remains current and compliant.

Cancellations made 7 days or more before the course receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days are subject to a 50% administrative fee. No refunds for no-shows or same-day cancellations.

Yes, we provide customized corporate training solutions for companies. Group bookings of 10 or more participants enjoy discounted rates. We can also conduct on-site training at your workplace for convenience.

Most courses require participants to be at least 18 years old with basic English proficiency. Specific courses may have additional prerequisites like prior certifications or work experience, which are listed on individual course pages.

Digital certificates are issued immediately upon successful completion. Physical certificates are mailed within 7 working days. You can also collect hard copies from our office during business hours if preferred.

Yes, you can use your SkillsFuture Credits across multiple eligible courses until your credits are depleted. Simply apply your credits during checkout for each course registration. Credits do not expire and accumulate annually.

We accept major credit cards, PayNow, bank transfers, and company cheques. Corporate clients can request invoice billing with NET 30 payment terms. Full payment is required before course commencement unless arranged otherwise.

Courses require a minimum of 6 participants to proceed. If a class is undersubscribed, we’ll notify you 5 days before and offer alternative dates or a full refund at your preference.

All course fees include comprehensive training materials, equipment, and refreshments. You’ll receive workbooks, handouts, and access to online resources. Just bring a notebook and writing materials for personal notes.

Yes, course transfers to another participant are allowed up to 3 days before the course date at no additional charge. Simply notify us with the new participant’s details for our records.

Most courses are conducted in English. Selected popular courses are available in Mandarin upon request. For customized corporate training, we can arrange trainers who conduct sessions in your preferred language.

Participants who don’t pass may retake the assessment once for free within 30 days. If additional training is needed, you can re-attend the course at 50% discount. We’re committed to your success.
