About This Course

Assure Safety will be offering Customer Management (Level 2) as an Assessment-Only Pathway (AOP) to support cleaners in advancing their careers.

 

What You’ll Learn

Assure Safety will be offering Customer Management (Level 2) as an Assessment-Only Pathway (AOP) to support cleaners in advancing their careers.

This is an assessment-only programme — no training will be conducted.

Learners will be assessed on their ability to demonstrate the following:

Knowledge

K1: Methods to escalate areas of improvement to enhance customer experience

K2: Methods to tailor customer experience

K3: Customer feedback channels

K4: Characteristics of appropriate problem-solving tools and techniques

K5: Methods of customer needs’ analysis

Abilities

A1: Support collection of information from various sources relevant to identifying customer needs and expectations

A2: Support creation of positive customer experience by offering customised and personalised services

A3: Identify urgent customer needs through assessment

A4: Carry out collection of customer feedback

A5: Recommend areas of improvement as per customer feedba

 

Minimum Entry Requirement

Assumed Skills and Knowledge

• No formal qualification or education.

• Able to speak, listen, write, and read English with Numeracy skills at a minimum proficiency level of the Employability Skills System i.e.,Workplace Literacy and Numeracy (WPLN) Level 2.

Assumed Attitudes

• Have knowledge on own work role and corresponding responsibilities.

• Have knowledge of the cleaning agents used in performing cleaning activities.

• Age from 18 and above.

Working Experience

• Min. 3 months of working in environmental cleaning sector.

Screening Process

• A checklist to be provided to prospective client to ensure the learner(s)’ requirements (above) are met

Individual Sponsored

  • Eligible Singapore Citizens can use their SkillsFuture Credit to offset course fee payable after funding.

Company Sponsored

  • Skills Future Enterprise Credit (SFEC) Grant: One-off $10,000 credit cover up 90% of out-of-pocket expenses.

Yes, free rescheduling is allowed once if you notify us at least 48 hours before the course date. You can transfer to any available session within 6 months of your original booking.

Certificate validity depends on the course type. Most certifications are valid for 2-3 years and require renewal. We’ll send renewal reminders before expiry to ensure your certification remains current and compliant.

Cancellations made 7 days or more before the course receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days are subject to a 50% administrative fee. No refunds for no-shows or same-day cancellations.
